Description : Denmark intends to support a conformity assessment body as a notified body located in Denmark in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices and EU Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices. The Danish Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs will support the establishment in Denmark of such a notified body in the form of a grant in the amount of up to DKK 14.7 million. The award of the grant is subject to state aid approval by the European Commission.
