Start date: 02-19-2026 Completion date: 03-15-2026 University of Tartous Public bidding announcement The University of Tartous announces its desire to hold a public auction to invest in the photography center of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Tartous for the year 2026 according to the following conditions: Primary insurance: according to what is stated in the conditions booklet. Insurances Final: 10% of the contract value. Investment period: one calendar year, renewable for another year by agreement of both parties. The duration of bidders- engagement with their offers (two months) starts from the start date of the auction session. The contractor shall bear all taxes, fees and expenses, whatever they may be, including fees for publishing official advertisements And return it. Attach a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin if the offer exceeds one million Syrian pounds. Any offer that does not include the aforementioned document will be rejected.
