Description: The very heterogeneous project landscape of the Digital Ministry currently includes approx. 120-150 projects of different sizes. The projects are controlled by approx. 40-60 project managers, the implementation of the projects takes place partly with external support. The control of the projects as well as the use of project management methods (classic / Agil) is the responsibility of the respective project management. For improved management of projects, a pragmatic and simultaneous professional project management is to be introduced in the STMD or the existing one optimized and supported by software. In addition, informal information transfer and cooperation within the STMD should be strengthened.
