Quotation are invited for Internet Bandwidth & Connectivity.
1 Purpose
Social Impact (SI) to solicit quotes from Internet Services Provider to provide dedicated internet bandwidth/connectivity in this RFQQ and prepare responses pursuant to the terms of this RFQQ.
SI is soliciting quotes for information relative to price, service delivery and methodology. Social Impact anticipates issuing a Purchase Order for a period of eighteen months to be renewed annually based upon satisfactory performance.
2 ISP Capabilities & SI Requirements
• Internet Services Provider (ISP) shall:
o provide 6Mpbs as standard internet speed (6mg/6mg) upload and download.
o install and re-configure of the existing internet hardware equipment at LSA office and other locations (expatriate residence): SOCIAL IMPACT office: Mamba Point, UN Drive, Adjacent U S Embassy Gate 3 (Main Office)
o COP Resident-Mamba Point Seabreeze compound, Mamba Point
o Other locations: Sinkor, 1 street and 9th Street
o be responsible for cabling that connects equipment and observe safety measures in accordance with local regulations and norms. The service provider must exercise extreme caution to avoid any structural or property damage. All damage(s) must be reported immediately, and the contractor will be
responsible for the cost related to the repair of the reported damage(s).
3 Process and Timeline
The following dates are set for informational and planning purposes. The term COB means 5:30 PM Liberia time zone). SI reserves the right during this procurement to change any of the dates. If changes are made, SI will contact the Bidders.

3.1 Questions and Answers
Please use subject line “ISP RFQ Questions" and submit your questions electronically to all email addresses in the
“Contact” field in Section 3 – Process and Timeline by the deadline for questions. Late submission of questions will
be considered on a case by case basis by the SI project team. Answers to questions and any amendment to the RFQ
made as a result of this process will be sent to all suppliers without reference to the name of any specific suppliers
that asked the question.

3.3 Right to Reject Quotations
Issuance of this RFQ in no way constitutes a commitment by SI. SI reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
or portions of proposals received in response to this RFQ, to request modification or clarification of any part of a
proposal, or to cancel this RFQ if it is in the best interest of SI to do so. SI may reject any proposal if it is considered
incomplete, conditional, contains irregularities, or does not meet qualifications, requirements or specifications.
Failure to furnish all information may disqualify the proposal.
3.4 Response Format
Each Quotation should provide straightforward, concise responses describing the agency’s ability to meet the requirements of this RFQ. Proposals should not contain unsolicited, extraneous or duplicative information. A proposal may be considered non-responsive if information is either conditional or incomplete, or if it contains extraneous material. Proposals must be based solely on the requirements contained in this RFQ. Bidders will be required to assess existing equipment and locations before submitting quotes in order to provide solid price quotes for service.
Late submission will not be accepted.
