1. Context of the mission: As part of its country assistance program (CPAP 2013-2017) extended to 2018, the UNICEF DRC Office supports the Ministry of Health through its Child Survival and Development component so that "the proportion children, newborns, families who benefit from quality interventions with high health impact, including prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (PMTCT), Nutrition, and Water Hygiene and Sanitation ( EHA) increases significantly and equitably, especially at the level of health areas and communities. Methodology: The consultant will review existing modules on the subject. The training will be punctuated with lectures followed by group work (practical cases) with restitution in plenary. Relevant research themes for UNICEF country will be made available to the consultant for training adapted to the Congolese context and will serve as tracks for the practical work of groups.
