Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer for a consultation mission: International Consultant in HIV Legal Reform, as described in detail in the terms of reference. Attached you will find the following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of Reference;firmation Interest and Financial Offer; Appendix 2a - P11 Personal Notice; Appendix 3 -Individual Provider and General Conditions; Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria. Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest and the financial offer; and / or the Personal Record A brief description of why the person considers himself or herselfas the most suitable to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodology on how it will approach and complete the task; At least three (3) professional references; Copy of diplomas. your proposal, please use the annexes attached to this publication.Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than 20/08/2018.
