ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

IFC is seeking applicants for the position of international farm manager in charge of a greenfield goat feedlot and associated crop farms as well as feed acquisition, based full time in Mehoni, Tigray. The site has been cleared, workable designs are finalized, and construction has started, having a final capacity for 50, 000 goats per annum with a daily throughput capacity to meet the above demand for 2000 goats per day. The farm manager is responsible for the financial and physical performance of the farm and is expected to be highly skilled in all aspects of the farm business. The applicant is expected to report to IFC project manager as well as IFC Client (i.e. Luna export slaughter house) managing director.
