Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial proposal for a consultancy assignment: 59477 International Consultant - IT & Voter registration Expert, as described in detail in the terms of reference.Please find attached the following documents:Annex 1 - Terms of Reference;Annex 2 - Confirmation Interest and Financial OfferAnnex 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions;Annex 4 - Evaluation Criteria.Your proposal must include:The signed confirmation of interest and the financial offer;CV and Copy of diplomas ;A brief description of why the individual considers themselves the most fit to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodology on how they will approach and complete thetask;At least three (3) professional references.When preparing your proposal, please use the annexes attached to this notice.Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than 02 October 2019.Female applications are strongly recommended.Bids must be submitted MANDATORY by email to soumissions.haiti@undp.org until 09 October 2019 at16:30 PM clearly indicating the reference of the consultation.
