Consistency of services
The service which is the subject of this consultation relates to the implementation of a specific telecommunications infrastructure by VSAT which can collect, transmit and save tax data from DGI sites spread throughout the national territory.
It is specifically about:
- design an architecture making it possible to link the various tax centers in the collection and transmission of tax data and other value-added services;
- create a network and telecoms infrastructure for the interconnection of the various decentralized services concerned by the scope of the project;
- transfer skills to the IT specialists of the DGI on the management, administration and operation of the telecommunications infrastructure set up;
- offer backup and redundancy services;
- guarantee the total confidentiality of the data circulating on the telecommunications infrastructure.

Tender payment to Public Treasury of a non-refundable sum of Seventy-five thousand (75, 000) CFA francs for the cost of purchasing the file.
