Tenders are invited for Insurance of Muscat Municipality Vehicles & Equipment's for the Years 2018 & 2019.
Documents Fee: 50/-. Rials
Specialized companies with a valid registration certificate from Tender Board may obtain tender documents during official working hours (8:00 A? -12:00 PM.) from Muscat Municipality Head Office. Darsait (Customer Services Hall) against non-refundable fees as mentioned above .
Submitted offers must be accompanied with a bond issued by any local bank in Omar
addressed to Muscat Municipality The bond should not be less then (1%) of the tender value valid for ninety (90) days starting from the date of submission. Tenders which do not meet the required bond will not be accepted.
Documents must be enclosed in a plain envelope sealed with red wax (without any information to the company). Tenders should be addressed to H E. Head of Muscat Municipality Interior Tenders Committee and deposited in the tender box no. (1) in the first floor room no. (D1050) at Directorate General of Quantity Surveying & Contracts, Muscat Municipality, Head Office, Darsait at 10:00 A M
on the above mentioned date.
Offers submitted after the above mentioned date & time shall not be accepted for any reason whatsoever Bidders can attend the bid opening procedures as per the tender and date specified above. Preference shall be given to companies that includes the largest possible proportion of national products. Muscat Municipality has the right to accept or reject any otter without assigning any reason.
