Internal Tender Announcement
The General Authority of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Hospital announces its desire to conduct an internal tender for the provision of medicines for the Commission. Those who wish to participate must present their offer by stamped envelope to the General Assembly
Bid Bond Bidder shall submit with his offer initial insurance as stated in the legal and financial book of conditions
Performance bond 10% of the value of the referral
Execution Period The bidder shall deliver the goods in four equal instalments to the warehouses of the General Authority of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Hospital. The first batch shall be delivered within 15 days from the day following the date of the order. The second payment shall be delivered within a maximum period of 120 days from the day following the order of commencement. The third instalment will be delivered within a maximum period of 240 days from the day following the date of the direct order. The fourth instalment will be delivered within a maximum period of 300 days from the day following the date of the direct order
Offers shall be submitted according to the provisions of the contract system issued by Law No. (51) of 2004 and the general book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. (450) for 2004.
