Short description : The Department of Microbiology and Respiratory Protection (AMS) will implement a wide PCR-based faeces diagnostics and associated equipment. Standard PCR panels should include bacteria, viruses and parasites according to the specification Attachment No. 2.AMS wants a total analysis system that includes nucleic acidextraction of total nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) from faeces, pipetting in PCR plates and subsequent nucleic acid amplification.
