Description : The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Guinea Bissau, seeks to mobilize an institution that would be interested in conducting a consultation on the training of trainers in essential care of the newborn and neonatal resuscitation, the post-formative follow-up and the coaching, in accordance with the terms of reference below.

The objective of institutional consultancy is to improve the quality of maternal and neonatalnewborn, by strengthening the capacity of human resources at the institutional and community levels for essential newborn care, including breastfeeding, neonatal asphyxia and severe bacterial infections, and service reorganization in newborns. 35 target structure of the 11 health regions.
