The Clark Development Corporation, through its Purchasing Division(PD), invites suppliers/
manufacturers/contractors to send proposal for the hereunder project:
Name of Project : Supply of Labor, Materials and Services of Contractors
Location : Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines
Brief Description : Installation of Four (4) Recovered Wall Mounted Aircon
Units (2 units- 3.0HP capacity @ 1st floor and 2 units-
2.5HP capacity @ 2nd floor) for Bldg. 2515B

Delivery Schedule : 7 days
Prospective suppliers/manufacturers/contractors should have experience in undertaking similar
with the proposed project. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All procedures shall be governed by the pertinent provisions under Section 53.9 of R.A. 9184 and its
Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) and guidelines on Small Value Procurement (GPPB
Resolution 09-2009 dated November 23, 2009).
The prospective suppliers/manufacturers/contractors must submit their proposal in a sealed
envelope on or before March 28, 2019 at the address given below:

2. General cleaning of aircon units
3. Rehabilitation of aircon units (AHU and ACCU) which
includes flushing
4. Installation aircon units at designated area
5. Installation of refrigerant piping (25ft each) 5/8 diameter
x 3/8 diameter with 3/4 thick installation
6. Installation of electrical wirings #12 THHN (30ft each)
7. Provision of service circuit breaker 30amps with NEMA
3R enclosure
8. Installation of feeder line #10 THHN (30ft each)
9. Install condensate drain
10. Leak detection and vacuuming of system
11. Charging of Refrigerant 22
12. Testing
