Tender Details

Request for proposals are invited for Installation of Effluent Water Disposal System at GC-23 (NK).

The Works comprises of detailed engineering, design, project management, procurement of all material, supply, provision of personnel, constructional plant, equipment, construction, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all the works as described in the Contract. This shall include, but not be limited to the following:

1. One (1) effluent water disposal train of capacity 50 MBWPD consisting of one (1) electric motor driven effluent water booster pump and one (1) effluent water disposal pump including all auxiliaries and accessories, associated piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls.

2. Associated piping works including new discharge manifold with individual connections (including individual valves and instrumentation).

3. Electrical works and cathodic protection works.

4. Instrumentation works including modification / expansion works in DCS, ESD, VTMS, CMS and F&G systems.

5. Civil and Structural works such as pre-fabricated steel sheds for new pumps, foundations and other structural works, reinforced concrete culvert, fence, drainage works, road and other miscellaneous works.
