Description: This is not a prior information notice, contract notice or invitation to tender. This notice is a detailed market survey, ie a request for information.
The purpose of the information request is to map VTT's future acquisition of the guest management system through market dialogues. At present, VTT does not have a guest management system in place. VTT will acquire a guest management system as well as system-related self-service terminals and related services to support and enhance VTT's guest reception services. VTT personnel use the system when registering their future guests in the system. The guest management system is also used by VTT's safety control room, which acts to support VTT's personnel and guests after the closure of the occupied lobby service points.
The planned procurement is above the EU threshold, with the contract period scheduled to start in October 2020.
