description : the aim of this tender is to obtain the most competitive offers to supply of citrix software system subscription which is the core application systems of the authority are hosted in 2 data centers. The primary data center is located in diplomatic area while the secondary in um-alhassam. The supplier should provide some of the systems and licenses mentioned in the scope of work to 400 users in addition to the technical support, maintenance, system performance monitoring and reporting for 3 years.
