Industrial Control Systems Cyber Security Audit
The overriding objective of this assignment is to ensure ownership and compliance of licensees
to the requirements of SCADA & DCS Cyber security standard issued by the Authority and to
review the validity of the current standard and comment on any update required.
The total number of licensees to be audited is 18. However the audits will be undertaken as two
separate segments.
The first segment will include 12 Licensees (6 power plants1
, Oman Electricity Transmission
Company, Rural Areas Electricity Company, and 4 Distribution companies)
The consultant shall submit an electronic copy of their assignment proposal by email before 9
am Oman time on 3rd October 2018
