Request for proposals are invited for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) for Professional Civil and Structural Design Services.
The Guam Waterworks Authority (“GWA”) is seeking an experienced and qualified
engineering firm to provide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) for Professional
Civil and Structural Design Services as specified in the RFP. The intent of this solicitation is
to reduce GWA-s reliance on program management consultants, and to provide GWA with
flexibility in contracting with professional engineering firms licensed to do business on
Guam on an as-needed basis in executing capital maintenance and improvement projects
of various sizes and for various facilities for GWA-s water and wastewater systems.
