Project Identification Number-2024-12-2064

1. The City Government of Lipa, through CY 2025 Annual Appropriation- 5% LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (P1, 250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT/ REHABILITATION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH SLOPE PROTECTION AT BRGY. KAYUMANGGI, LIPA CITY, with Project Identification Number-2024-12-2064.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty Days (150) upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
