Description : United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

1.1. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

To execute the Teacher Performance Evaluation at the Elementary Level (EDD)

1.2. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

To apply the instruments of evaluation of the Teacher Performance Evaluation at the Elementary Level (EDD)

To validate the instruments of the Teacher Performance Evaluation at the Elementary Level (EDD).

To validate the procedures of implementation and qualification of the evaluation instruments of the Teacher Performance Evaluation at the Elementary Level (EDD).

1.3. ACTIVITIES

To perform the consultancy, the Institution must carry out the following activities:

1. Work plan preparation.

2. Call for bids, selection and training for Applicators

3. Reproduction and application in the field of evaluation instruments

4. Collection of information on the understanding of the evaluation instruments applied

5. Classification of instruments applied

6. Transcription of the answers to the instruments applied

7. Audio record transcription of interviews conducted

8. Encoding of answers of the instruments applied
