Tenders are invited for Implementation of Cash and Voucher Assistance (Drc Algeria)
Drc is Providing Support to Displacement-Affected Communities in the Five Saharawi Refugee Camps in the Province of Tindouf, Southwestern Algeria, in Order to Enhance the Self-Reliance and Resilience of Saharawi Refugees. The Programme Provides Young Refugees with Start-up Business Grants, Technical Training, and Monitoring and Coaching, Helping Them to Strengthen Their Livelihoods Skills and Assets and Empowering Them to Sustainably Meet Their Needs and Those of Their Community.
This Expression of Interest (Eoi) Process is the First Stage of a Multi-Stage Process. Drc Intends to Distribute Cash, in Instalments, up to a Value of 260, 000 Usd to Our Beneficiaries (C. 65 Businesses ) through One or More Financial Service Providers (Fsps) to Implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (Cva). Cva Refers to All Programmes Where Cash Transfers or Vouchers for Goods or Services are Directly Provided to Recipients. The Fsps Passing the Evaluation of the Eoi will be Invited to Participate in a Request for Proposal (Rfp).
An EOI technical meeting will be held via conference call on 12th August 2021 at 14:00 (CET), for all interested parties to attend.
Drc Invites Qualified Fsps to Submit Their Eoi in Respect of One or More of the Options Described in the Tender Material, before the Deadline as Stipulated in the Section below.
