A. Rationale
The Department of Tourism crafted a tourism marketing plan positioning Iloilo City as a primary Meetings, Incentives, Conferences/Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) destination in the Philippines.

The Department of Tourism is inviting printers/print house in Iloilo City to provide the requirements of the above-mentioned event based on the following guidelines:

II. Eligibility Requirements
1. Must be located within Iloilo City
2. Must be flexible and can work on the given budget
3. Willing to accept sendbill arrangement
4. Must deliver at least 50% of the total number of each material on or before October 3, 2019 and the remaining materials by October 9, 2019.
III. Budget for the Contract
Printing House: PHP 930, 000.00
*Note: The winning bid shall be determined by the end-user based on the most appropriate proposal on the services required, provided that the amount of bid does not exceed the above total budget
Other Information
The allotted budget is inclusive of all applicable taxes and shall be withheld as appropriate
