Description : The ILO is seeking to engage a general contractor with expertise in the renovation works described in the attached document (hereinafter referred to as "the Works").

This request for Expressions of Interest (EoI) is published with a view to pre-select potential candidate firms to undertake the Works. Selection of candidate firms will be based on demonstration of sound reputation and extensive, proven experience in undertaking the works described herein.

The ILO invites eligible suppliers to indicate their interest for the execution of the renovation project. The type of company qualified to undertake such an engagement would typically be a general contractor with a strong reputation and extensive, proven experience in undertaking similar size renovation or construction projects involving multiple trades.

The ILO is seeking to compile a list of pre-qualified suppliers with verified technical and financial capability to provide the Works. Eligible suppliers will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender.
