Acquisition description: VENTILATION CONTRACT A contract is a split contract where HVAC works are executed as subordinate works subordinated to the main contract. EERONKUJA 4, RAISIO, NEW BUILDINGThe Eeronkuja 4 site is located in the middle of the campus area of the Raisio Regional Training Association. There are two former fire station buildings on the plot. A new training building of 1642 hum2 / 7468 rm3 will be built on the site. Classrooms and workshops will be provided. Load-bearing vertical structures of the new building cat concrete, cavity slabs and mats, brick cladding and sheet metal. The building is set up on piles. More detailed information on the construction site is given in the calculation drawings and work descriptions. The old fire brigade main building will be demolished and the parking lot of the new building will be replaced. Smaller halland the associated canopy is preserved. The project timetable is 3/2020 - 5/2021. The documents are included in the annexes
