For an accessible version of solicitation documents published on this page, please submit a request at http://bit.ly/dpac-ada or call (916) 654-2852.Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, traffic control, licenses, permits, taxes and testing for Groundwater Pre-filter and Carbon Filtration Removal, Replacement and Repair Services. Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) sludge shall be tested at an Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP). Old Pre-filters and Carbon Filters will be removed and replaced with new polyester felt bags and GAC filters. Repairs may be needed at the time of removal and replacement of polyester felt bags and or GAC. Traffic control will be necessary at the time ofremoval and replacement of the GAC.Bidder or subcontractor shall have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement acurrent and valid Motor Carrier Permit(s) (MCP) issued from the California Department of MotorVehicles (DMV) for its services as a Motor Carrier of Property under this Proposed Form ofAgreement.Bidder or subcontractor shall be registered at time of bid submittal with the Department of IndustrialRelations ...
