Description:The Client requires an experienced Contractor to design, deliver and manage the workshop element of AGP. This will comprise approximately 15 cohorts over 5 years, with each cohort consisting of a series of 5 capability-building workshops to be delivered for up to 15 SME client companies of Invest NI. Each company will be represented on the programme by the owner-manager and for some workshops, companies may wish to bring an additional staff member. The Client will be responsible for recruiting the companies for AGP from its portfolio of client company customers. Client customers participating on the programme will have the opportunity to select a business mentor who will work with them during the programme. The mentor will complete the growth diagnostic with the company at the outset and facilitate completion of the company's growth action plan during and in particular after the conclusion of the workshop element, however the business mentoring will not form part of this contract.
