Brief Description : The Subject Of The Fulfillment Is The Repair Of The Damaged Route During The Implementation Of The Project "I / 54 Blatnice - Elongation". The Repair Was Subject To The Issuance Of A Favorable Opinion Of Sus Jmk On The Building Permit. It Is A Section Of Road Iii / 49910 In The Length Of 210 M. The Repair Will Be Done By Cutting Off The Asphalt Cover In Thelocal Asphalt Layers And Repairs. Note In 2016, Zavod Brno Won An Open Tender "I / 54 Blatnice - Throughput" (With An Estimated Value Of Approx. Czk 19 Million Excl. Vat).To The Building Permit For This Event Was A Repair Of The Detour Route Along The Road Iii / 49910, But This Repair Was Not Part Of The Performance. In Order To Eliminate The Risk Of This Procedure Being Assessed By The Inspection Bodies In Terms Of A Possible Special-Purpose Division Of The Contract, It Was Decided Tot A Higher Type Of Tendering Procedure (Sp Instead Of Pop) So As Not To Restrict Competition.
