TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The winning bidder must follow the given specification in the PR

2. The winning bidder must deliver the item to Abuyog Experiment Station

3. The winning bidder must deliver the items 15 days upon receipt of the Purchase Order otherwise a deduction of 1/10 of 1% per day of delay shall be imposed

4. The winning bidder must inform the end -user before delivery

5. Processing of payment shall be made after delivery, inspection by an authorized inspector and acceptance of the delivered items by the end-user

6. The winning bidder must submit a snapshot of LBP savings account to effect payment

CHECKLIST OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS:

The Eligibility Envelope shall contain the following:
