The City Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Hvac Contractors To Provide Hvac Services, Equipment, Labor, And Materials Necessary For Regular Preventive Maintenance, Repair, And Installation Services For Heating And Cooling Systems Within City Facilities. Each Offeror Is Also Notified, That The City May Request An Interview With One Or All Firms Based On The Highest Scoring Proposals And The Review Team-s Recommendations. It Is The City-s Intent To Contract This Service For A Term Of Five (5) Years, Beginning July 1, 2023 And Ending June 30, 2028.
