Description : The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a 5-year concession contract with the option to extend the term an additional 5-years to operate beach stands, equipment rentals and catering services at Huntington State Beach.Pre-proposal Meeting (Optional): July 25, 2019 at 6:00 PM located at the Orange Coast District Office, 21601 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92646. A pre-meeting site tour of the concession facilities and related premises will be conducted prior to the meeting from 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.Instructions to Download the RFP: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the RFP and Sample Contract by downloading it from this website by clicking on VIEW EVENT PACKAGE button. To receive updates to this RFP you must create an account before downloading the document. Questions and Answers: Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 PM. on August 2, 2019.
