Tender are invited for Provision of up to 23 hp printing, photocopying and scanning devices. This service should provide just in time replenishment of spare parts, on-site maintenance, repairs as well as a print management solution for control of devices and users. The vendor must be an authorized hp provider/service center with its own project management, technical and support staff.
Notes : Period of contract is for 4 years with an option to extend for a further one year.
