The naval supply systems command fleet logistics center (navsup) jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing household goods shipment support services for the meridian, ms area. This acquisition is anticipated to be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the personal property (including servicing of appliances) of department of defense (dod) personnel for shipment, drayage and/or storage and related services through the direct procurement method (dpm).
This office anticipates award of a contract on or about august 2019. The naics code is 484210 used household and office goods moving with a business size standard as $27.5m and the naics subsector is 48 - transportation, delivery and relocation solution.
Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 4:00pm (eastern standard time), 22 april 2019, to joyce derry joyce.derry@navy.mil. This document shall address the following:
1. Company profile to include number of employees, office location(s), duns number, cage code and size of business;
2. Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked;
