Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Framework Contracts for Hotel Services and Tents + accessories.

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR HOTEL SERVICES AND TENTS + ACCESSORIES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

1. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs has allocated funds to be used for acquisition of Hotel Services and Tents + Accessories Under Framework Contract

2. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs invites sealed bids for acquisition of the above supply.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Domestic open bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Bidders shall collect the bidding Document from the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50, 000/=.

5. Bidders may obtain further information from the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:30am to 5:00 pm during working days.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(b) at or before 11:00am local time on 07/02/2020. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(c) 11:30 am local Kampala time on 07/02/2020
