Expression of Interest are invited for Hospital Establishment Project For Cnss Consulting Services.

Following the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) relating to this project published in the national newspaper "The Nation", dated December 31, 2018, January 2 and 3, 2019 and finally January 7, 9 and 10, 2019, the Republic of Djibouti has obtained a loan from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the General Hospital Establishment Project for the National Social Security Fund in the Republic of Djibouti, and intends to use part of the sums granted to finance consulting services. These services include: Recruitment of a design office to supervise the construction work of a CNSS General Hospital .

The National Social Security Fund invites eligible Consultants to apply for the services defined above. Interested consultants should provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, benchmark of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.). Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the mission:

An experience of more than ten (10) years in the mission of supervision of major projects of hospital buildings;
Experience of 5 similar missions funded by donors or international organizations;
Qualified staff with more than 15 years of experience in similar missions;
Perfect mastery of French and English.
The consultants can be candidates in the form of an association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, that is to say a group of consultants, an intermediate form of association or intent to subcontract.

The selection will be in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants for projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank (May 2009 edition, revised February 2012), available on the Bank`s website. at www.isdb.org.
