Description : Hiring of Premises on Rental Basis for SSGC Office at Dera Allahyar, Quetta Region having at least 05 to 06 Rooms admeasuring Total Area 4000 to 5000 SFT, covered area 2500 to 3000 SFT, additional room/storage space would be considered as added advantage. The premises must have parking area for at least 05 to 07 vehicles, should be located in the mid of Dera Allahyar city approachable for public & staff and have basic amenities. RCC flooring and marble tile constructed premises would be preferred, for year 2019, 2020 and 2021. Tenancy period not less than 3 years (Interested parties having ownership / Lease documents including approved site plan are eligible to participate) (Under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure) (As per BOQ)
