The hiring of an online platform for training courses for the Jacarei Municipal Education employees is justified by the need to ensure continuing education, as provided for in the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law (Law No. 9, 394/96), which establishes the appreciation of the education professionals as a fundamental principle. The measure also meets the National Education Plan (PNE), which provides for the permanent qualification of educators, promoting the improvement of the quality of education and ensuring equitable access to training, flexibly and efficiently, for all the municipal network servers. In addition to contributing profitably to the pedagogical journey, it is a significant annual milestone for the Education Secretariat and the entire school team.
