Short description : The client wants to enter into a framework agreement (s) on hemostatics. We do not want offers on products that are classified as medicines or that are on the LIS agreement with Helse Vest today. The duration of the agreement is two years with the option of extension 1 1 year. The acquisition is divided into 8 partial offers. Agreement is awarded per partdelivery and it is possible to submit offers on one or more partial offers.
