Head Contractors For Maintenance Services (Hcms) Invitation To Supply
Description :
The SA Housing Authority, on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (the Principal under the Contract) seeks responses (Offers) from suppliers as qualified and experienced Head Contractors (HCs), to undertake maintenance services and works, and asset management to approximately 35, 000 social/public housing properties owned by the South Australian Housing Trust across the State in six (6) geographic Contract Areas. Suppliers can submit an offer for one contract area or selected multiple areas.HCs will be responsible for delivering all aspects of specified and contracted services in each of the six South Australian metropolitan and regional Contract Areas defined as:
01 - Southern Metropolitan and Fleurieu02 - Western Metropolitan03 - Eastern Metropolitan and Hills04 - Northern Metropolitan and Barossa05 - South East and Riverland06 - Western Country and Far North(Contract Area Maps are provided in the Part B: Information Documents)
