The subject of the order performance is the final risk assessment with a recommendation for action for danger defense for 7 landfill locations without operators in the Free State of Thuringia.

In 2018, the affected landfill locations were subjected to a basic determination and status quo assessment and their plausibility test. It is now intended to carry out hazard estimates for the landfills specified in the service descriptions in a second processing level. The aim of these final risk assessments is to determine whether the named landfill locations will assume any dangers for protective goods or will assume in the future, especially for humans, groundwater or public security. The type, extent and likelihood of the occurrence of the hazard must be taken into account. In addition, specific measures for danger defense must be presented.
