Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City c/o Ms. KATHYRINE B. LANGREO at telephone # 791-3367 /3363. It is requested that the quotation is sealed, signed or stamped in legal size white envelope. Sealed quotation should be DROPPED in our bid box located at the Procurement Management Division.



For those who have not yet submitted their SUPPLIERS- ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS, please attach certified true photocopies of the following in your sealed bid.
