Haiti - qualification system and access to work (squat) -phase 1, 2018-2022 (4 years)
the swiss development and cooperation department sdc is launching a call for tender for the implementation of the first phase of its new employment and vocational training program, entitled qualification and access to work system - squat. Squat aims to enhance on-the-job learning by bringing it closer to form''s formal systemprofessional activity. It will support networks and artisanal structures and vocational training centers (psc) to develop a recognized system of work-linked training and advanced training. Thus, the squat program targets apprentices (sandwich courses) and their masters (advanced training). The program has a planned duration ofe twelve (12) years - 2018-2030 - divided into three (3) phases of four (4) years each. The mandate that is put into competition through this call for tenders concerns phase 1 of the squat (2018-2022).
