Tenders are invited for Groundwater Rise Assessment in QP Refinery and NGL, Mesaieed.

Ground Water Table is on the Rise over the past Years in Mesaieed Industrial City (Mic), Due to Changes in Ground Water Balance. The Situation has Worsened since 2012. It is Therefore Essential that Qp Plants in Mic Area Takes Proactive Measures to Assess the Ground Water Situation within Their Boundary and Mitigate its Impact on the Plant Area/ Critical Structures. Accordingly Qp Intends to Engage a Contractor to Study and Provide Recommendations on a Consultancy Basis for Qp Refinery and Ngl Plants at Mesaieed. The Scope of Services Includes Supply All Labor, Supervision, Testing Devices, Equipment, Tools, Materials, Consumables and Safety Gear Required to Study, Research and Evaluate Risks Due to Ground Water Rise, Highlight Immediate Threats, Propose Short / Long-Term Mitigation Measures and Develop / Implement a Monitoring Mechanism to Monitor the Critical Structures in Qp Refinery & Ngl Plants at Mesaieed.
