Tender Details

This offer has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide mowing, ground maintenance services and litter control for doug jennings park. Moondarewa spit and the state government building at 40-44 seaworld drive main beach for a period of 3 years. The successful contractor will also be required to assist staff at the gold coast seaway sand bypass system undertake certain tasks where time permits.the contract will include a provision for an additional 2 years contract extension based on contractor performance and requirements of gcwa. The contract rates will increase each year of service based on a cpi multiplier (refer clause 5.16 of the particular conditions of contract).full details of the services requirements are included in the attached rfo document.
