Notes : A pre-bid conference will be held at 10 : 00 am local time on August 2, 2018 at the Frackville Area Municipal Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
