INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 12 PCS TARPAULIN, INFORMATIVE SIGNAGES, ETC.

GOVERNOR-S OFFICE-PARKS DEVELOPMENT & ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION (GO-PDAD)



1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (a‚+/- 24, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 12 pcs Tarpaulin, Informative Signages, etc. for the GO - Parks Development & Administrative Division (GO-PDAD) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids Supply and Delivery of 12 pcs Tarpaulin, Informative Signages, etc. for the GO - Parks Development & Administrative Division (GO-PDAD). Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.



4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the BAC Office, Provincial Capitol, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.



A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) as the Standard Rate. The method of payment will be on a cash basis only. The Bidding documents shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or his authorized representative.



It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.



5. The Provincial Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-NV) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on August 27, 2019 at 9:00AM at PGSO Function Room, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.



6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 10, 2019 at 9:00AM at Provincial General Services Office, BAC Secretariat Office, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
