Abstract: The aim of the tender exercise is to find and procure a delivery partner to run the pilot Global Young Innovators programme (for 12 months from 1 October 2020).Innovate UK`s aims for the programme are:• Developing new global peer groups — bringing together young innovators (aged 18-30) from the UK and developing countries to learn from each other, experience new perspectives and work collaboratively to address fundamental global challenges.• Creating opportunities for young people to contribute their ideas and develop new solutions to solving critical global challenges.• Enabling young people to develop crucial business skills and develop their ideas into viable businesses through funding and support.• Building equitable partnerships with community organisations, businesses as ambassadors and NGOs in partner developing countries to frame challenges and support young innovators• Identifying, supporting and celebrating the innovators and leaders of the future communications.The support is to be facilitated by a blend of both in person and online to enable equal participation for all young people, independent of location.ObjectivesSpecific objectives of the programme are:• developing new glo...
