Tenders are invited for Global Insurance Damages Emergency Procedure

8. Acquisition of the file
The bidding documents can be withdrawn during working hours from the secretary general of the CNCC (National Council of Loaders of Cameroon), the Maritime Affairs Center, 3rd floor building IGH, BP 1588 Douala, Tel 233 436 767. 10. Admissibility of tenders
Under penalty of rejection, each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a deposit of an bid bond of FCFA 1, 100, 000 (one million one hundred thousand) for the lot 3 established by a first-rate financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit DA-10, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date validity of tenders.
