Abstract: The British Councils preferred solution is to appoint a single property services provider to assist in maximising opportunities in managing the Bristish Councils global estate as a strategic asset by introducing a portfolio led global approach that will deliver value, savings and opportunities that suite the diversity of its business activities. Notwithstanding, the British Council reserves the right to appoint one or more service providers subject to evaluation of the market responses.
