This Includes Receiving Applications for Loan Guarantees, Screening Applications Against Technical Eligibility Criteria, and Ensuring that Appropriate Due Diligence is Undertaken, As Well As On-Going Performance Monitoring of the Glgp Loan Guarantee Portfolio. a Financial Analysis of Each Applicant and Proposed Project, Including a Comprehensive Risk Assessment, is Necessary to Ensure that Guarantees Provided Under the Program Are Done So Prudently, with Appropriate Levels of Risk to Capital Through Default or Credit Exposure. As Such, Eea is Seeking the Services of an Experienced Consultant to Provide Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment, Financial Due Diligence, and Expert Advice and Assistance Related to Reviews of Applications Received by the Glgp. the Glgp Also Requires Advice and Assistance, on an As-Needed Basis, Relating to the On-Going Monitoring of Approved Loan Guarantees Under the Program. Reviews will be Conducted As Individual Project Applications Are Received by Eea, on an Ad-Hoc Basis Energy Efficiency Alberta
